Karmen was raised and still resides in Newton Grove, NC. She graduated from Wake Technical Community College in 2012 with her Associates Degree in Applied Science Radiography. She has been an essential part of Dr. Mathur’s team since 2014. She assists in management and coordination of clinic activities, such as patient exams, in office kyphoplasty procedure, working directly with patients, performing radiographic exams, scheduling appointments, and answering questions. Karmen is passionate about helping others, understands the urgency of patients’ needs, and strongly believes in delivering quality healthcare services. She addresses every concern with care, followed by a through explanation and truly provides a listening ear for patients undergoing surgery. Karmen loves that Dr. Mathur makes her job easy by being such a wonderful person to work for. She also appreciates the positive working atmosphere Dr. Mathur has created, and that Dr. Mathur truly cares about his patients.
